H 4015 General Bill, By R.M. Young
    A Bill to amend Section 1-11-730, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to persons eligible to participate in state insurance plans, so as to provide that persons who have terminated state employment with at least nineteen years of service but with less than twenty years of service may return to covered employment for that period of necessary to achieve twenty years of service and, in this event, are eligible to participate in the state health and dental insurance plans whether or not the last five years of state employment were consecutive.
