    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-11-105 so as to provide that any person who has failed to obtain a general or mechanical contractor's license as required by law may not bring an action either at law or in equity to enforce the provisions of any contract for general or mechanical contracting entered into in violation of law.
