    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-25-135 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CLASSROOM TEACHERS WHO RETIRED UNDER THE STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM WHILE FULLY CERTIFIED MAY RETURN TO CLASSROOM TEACHING WITHOUT A CURRENT CERTIFICATE FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED THREE YEARS UNDER GUIDELINES DEVELOPED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
