    A Bill to amend Section 38-3-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the membership of the Insurance Commission, so as to provide that there must be two ex officio members of the Commission, one of whom is a member of the House Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee appointed by the Chairman thereof, and one of whom is a member of the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee appointed by the Chairman thereof
