    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THE MONTH OF AUGUST, 1999, AS "SCHOOL VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH" IN SOUTH CAROLINA IN ORDER TO RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THIS INCREASING PROBLEM IN OUR STATE, AND TO REQUEST THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO PROVIDE A REPORT TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON THE STATUS OF SCHOOL VIOLENCE AND OTHER SCHOOL CRIME IN SOUTH CAROLINA.
