A Concurrent Resolution to request the Attorney General to bring a legal action on behalf of the State of South Carolina on the same grounds against those insurance companies, underwriters, and associations doing business in this State who have been named in lawsuits brought by other states alleging that they conspired to drive up liability insurance costs, or to join in a similar lawsuit already brought by another state.
