    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO PROVIDE THAT THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT ALONG INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 85 FROM MILE POINT 68.8 TO MILE POINT 77.4 IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY IS SIXTY-FIVE MILES AND HOUR AND INSTALL APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS AT PLACES ALONG THIS STRETCH OF HIGHWAY TO INFORM MOTORISTS OF THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT.
