    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 6-1-180 SO AS TO REQUIRE EACH COUNTY AND MUNICIPALITY THAT MAINTAINS FEDERAL TAX INFORMATION TO IMPLEMENT A POLICY THAT SAFEGUARDS THE INFORMATION, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE POLICY MUST BE NO LESS STRINGENT THAN THE MANNER IN WHICH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE PROTECTS THE INFORMATION.
