    A JOINT RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD TO CONDUCT A STUDY ON THE TRAVEL REGULATIONS FOR STATE EMPLOYEES, TO RECOMMEND CHANGES IN THE POLICIES TO ENHANCE THE EFFICIENCY AND COST EFFECTIVENESS OF THE STATE'S EXPENDITURES ON THE TRAVEL FOR ITS EMPLOYEES; TO MAINTAIN THE CURRENT POLICIES WITHOUT CHANGE WHILE THE STUDY IS BEING CONDUCTED; AND TO REPORT THE FINDINGS OF THE STUDY TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY BY JANUARY 15, 2000.
