S 0409 General Bill, By Leventis, Giese and I.E. Lourie
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2995 so as to suspend the driver's license of a person under twenty-one years of age until his twenty-first birthday who is convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who is convicted of a narcotics or controlled substance offense and to make the suspension cumulative to others required by law; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 44-53-670 so as to require clerks of court to report the conviction of any person under twenty-one years of age of narcotics and controlled substance violations to the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
