A Bill to amend Section 9-1-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions for purposes of the South Carolina Retirement System, so as to include in the definition of "employee" an employee of an agency authorized to receive funds as an alcohol and drug abuse planning agency pursuant to Section 61-5-320 of the 1976 Code, and to include within the definition of "employer" an alcohol and drug abuse planning agency designated pursuant to the same Section.
