    A Bill to amend Section 8-27-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to civil actions against a public body for retaliation against any employee, so as to provide that the employee may institute a jury civil action instead of nonjury, and make the remedies consistent with those provided in the Governmental Tort Claims Act.
