    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THAT PORTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 41-51 IN FLORENCE COUNTY AND WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY AS THE "W. ODELL VENTERS HIGHWAY" IN HONOR OF THE HONORABLE W. ODELL VENTERS WHO SERVED THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND THE COUNTY OF FLORENCE WITH DISTINCTION AS A MEMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR FIFTEEN YEARS; AND TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT TO ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS AND MARKERS REFLECTING THIS DESIGNATION.
