    A Concurrent Resolution to provide for the creation of the Joint Legislative Study Committee on Solid Waste Disposition to study alternatives to landfill disposition of solid waste, and especially those disposition methods that provide alternative sources of energy, including energy conservation, and that the Committee shall make its final report and recommendations to the General Assembly no later than March 31, 1989, and after the final report and recommendation, the Committee is dissolved.
