    A BILL TO PROVIDE THAT EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2003, DISTRIBUTIONS DUE CHARLESTON COUNTY FROM THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUND ($14,120,593 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003) PURSUANT TO THE STATE AID TO SUBDIVISIONS ACT ARE INSTEAD DISTRIBUTED TO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF CHARLESTON COUNTY WHICH MUST USE THESE FUNDS TO ROLLBACK PROPERTY TAXES FOR SCHOOLS.
