    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 38-53-65 SO AS TO PROVIDE A BAIL BONDSMAN OR RUNNER MAY ASSIST ANOTHER BAIL BONDSMAN IN THE APPREHENSION, ARREST, AND SURRENDER OF THE DEFENDANT EVEN IF THE ASSISTING BAIL BONDSMAN OR RUNNER IS NOT EMPLOYED OR APPOINTED BY THE BAIL BONDSMAN WHO IS SURETY FOR THE DEFENDANT.
