    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 43-5-149 so as to provide that a family or adult recipient of Aid to Families with Dependent Children may not receive the incremental increase that would otherwise be awarded as the result of a child born into the family and to provide alternative procedures for calculating benefits when the child is born during the period of eligibility or during a temporary period of ineligibility due to a penalty imposed for failure to comply with certain requirements and to provide an exception.
