    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-490, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SO AS TO REVISE AND RENAME CERTAIN VOTING PRECINCTS IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY, DESIGNATE A MAP NUMBER FOR THE MAP ON WHICH LINES OF THESE PRECINCTS ARE DELINEATED AND MAINTAINED BY THE OFFICE OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICS OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, AND PROVIDE THAT THE POLLING PLACES FOR THESE PRECINCTS MUST BE DETERMINED BY THE SPARTANBURG COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSION WITH THE APPROVAL OF A MAJORITY OF SPARTANBURG COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION. - ratified title
