    A Bill to amend Sections 8-13-740 and 8-13-745, both as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to representation of others before governmental entities by public officials, members, employees, and legislators, financial disclosure of certain fee income, and restrictions on voting by legislators who represent clients in contested cases and who contract with entities funded by state-appropriated funds, so as to prohibit a legislator from representing a client in a contested case before a state agency, and to delete provisions relating to financial disclosure and restrictions on voting by legislators made obsolete by this prohibition on representation.
