    A Bill to amend Section 34-11-60, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to bad checks, so as to specifically make it unlawful to draw, make, utter, issue, or deliver a bad check for payment on a lease agreement or to pay rent; and to provide that no warrant for drawing and uttering a fraudulent check may be obtained more than one hundred eighty days after the date the check was uttered.-amended title
