    A Bill to amend Section 47-13-1350 and 47-13-1370, both as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to Equine infectious Anemia shots, so as to change the time required for a negative reaction to this shot from six to twelve months before a horse may be brought into the State and for horses brought into a public assembly of horses.
