    A Bill to amend Section 58-35-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the determination of the location of underground utilities before excavation or demolition for purposes of the Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act, so as to require persons responsible for excavation or demolition to consult with public utilities operating in the area in order to prepare a detailed underground utility plan.
