A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 41-29-15 SO AS TO PROHIBIT A MEMBER OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OR HIS IMMEDIATE FAMILY FROM BEING ELECTED TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA EMPLOYMENT SECURITY COMMISSION AND TO MAKE HIM OR HIS IMMEDIATE FAMILY INELIGIBLE TO BE ELECTED TO THE COMMISSION FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR YEARS AFTER BEING A MEMBER OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
