A Bill to amend Sections 40-22-190 and 40-22-200, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to qualifications for registration as a professional engineer and as an engineer-in-training, so as to require that the transcripts of applicants educated outside of the United States meet certain criteria become the minimum registration qualifications as of a future date; and to amend Section 40-22-460, relating to exemptions from registration of engineers and land surveyors, so as to clarify that federal employees working on federal property are exempt.
