    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 1-11-730, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ELIGIBILITY FOR COVERAGE UNDER THE STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS, SO AS TO ALLOW A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF A SCHOOL DISTRICT AND HIS ELIGIBLE DEPENDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLANS UPON PAYING THE FULL PREMIUM COST OF THE COVERAGE AND TO REQUIRE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BY RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE ITS MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAN.
