    A Bill to amend Title 8, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to public officers and employees by adding Chapter 14 so as to establish uniform standards for pre-employment and employment drug testing of state employees, to require this drug testing under certain conditions, and to provide procedures for the confidentiality, reliability, and fairness of this drug testing.
