    A Bill to amend Section 40-11-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions relative to licensing of contractors, so as to provide that general contractors include a person who undertakes marine construction for a fee of five thousand dollars or more and that mechanical contractors include a person who undertakes marine construction for any fee and to define marine construction; and to amend Section 40-59-10, as amended, relating to definitions relative to licensing residential builders, so as to provide that residential builders include a person who undertakes marine construction for any fee.
