    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-6-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A REQUIREMENT TO OBTAIN PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR PLACING OTHER RESTRICTIONS ON PRESCRIPTIONS FOR MEDICATIONS USED TO TREAT MENTAL ILLNESSES MAY NOT BE IMPOSED ON MEDICAID RECIPIENTS.
