    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 16-23-465, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A PISTOL OR FIREARM ONTO THE PREMISES OF A BUSINESS SELLING ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR, BEER, OR WINE FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON WITH A CONCEALABLE WEAPON PERMIT MAY CARRY THE CONCEALABLE WEAPON ONTO THE PREMISES IF THE PERSON IS NOT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, THE PERSON DOES NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL, BEER, OR WINE WHILE ON THE PREMISES, AND THE PREMISES IS NOT POSTED TO PROHIBIT THE CARRYING OF CONCEALABLE WEAPONS.
