    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 23-6-175 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A TROOPER OR OFFICER ASSIGNED TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY PATROL DIVISION'S MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ACCIDENT INVESTIGATIVE TEAM SHALL HAVE THE RANK AND COMPENSATION OF A SERGEANT AND IS SUBJECT TO THE COMMAND STRUCTURE THAT GOVERNS HIS SUPERIOR OFFICERS.
