    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 22-1-11 so as to provide that no member of the Senate who is an attorney at law licensed to practice in this state nor any member of a law firm with which he is associated may represent a client in the magistrate's court of any county which is included in whole or in part in the election district from which the Senator is elected.
