    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-5-1335, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE USE OF CRAB POTS, SO AS TO DELETE LANGUAGE PERMITTING THE USE OF CRAB POTS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES BETWEEN MAY FIRST AND OCTOBER FIRST WITHIN PAWLEY'S ISLAND CREEK AND MIDWAY CREEK ON PAWLEY'S ISLAND AND TO FURTHER PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO SET OR USE CRAB POTS IN THE ATLANTIC OCEAN WITHIN ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FEET OF THE MEAN LOW TIDE WATERMARK ON PAWLEY'S ISLAND.
