    A Bill to amend Section 9-1-1140, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to establishing service credit in the South Carolina Retirement System for maternity leave, so as to delete the requirement that to be eligible to establish such credit an employee must not be absent from work for a period greater than two years for each pregnancy.
