    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 40-13-255 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY SHALL ISSUE A LIMITED LICENSE TO AN INDIVIDUAL WHOSE LICENSE HAS LAPSED WITHOUT REEXAMINATION IF THE PERSON IS OVER SIXTY YEARS OF AGE, AND HAS PRACTICED FOR MORE THAN THIRTY YEARS AND TO FURTHER PROVIDE THAT THE SCOPE OF PRACTICE IS LIMITED TO THAT WHICH THE PERSON COULD PRACTICE UNDER THE FORMER LICENSE.
