    A Bill to amend Section 50-11-310, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the open season for antlered deer, so as to provide that the open season for taking antlered deer in Game Zone 4 with bow and arrow shall be set by the Department of Natural Resources between August fifteenth and January first.
