    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, BY THIS RESOLUTION, HEREBY RECOGNIZE THE IMPORTANCE TO SOUTH CAROLINA OF MICROENTERPRISES, DEFINED AS SMALL BUSINESSES WITH FEWER THAN FIVE EMPLOYEES, AND DESIGNATE THE MONTH OF JUNE 2011, AND THE MONTH OF JUNE EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER UNTIL JUNE 2021, AS "MICROENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT MONTH" IN SOUTH CAROLINA.
