H 4652 General Bill, By Harrison, T.F. Rogers and Seithel
    A Bill to amend Section 47-3-75, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to dogs and other domestic animals, regulation by counties, and the transfer of a domestic animal to an animal shelter ten days after the date the owner was to pick up the animal, so as to establish penalties for violating this Section and for boarding animals of others as described in this Section.
