    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE FIRM BELIEF OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY THAT ALL TOBACCO SETTLEMENT FUNDS SHOULD BE EXCLUSIVELY COMMITTED TO HEALTH CARE AND HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES AND RESOLVING TO TAKE SUCH STEPS AS NECESSARY TO MAKE THEIR POSITION KNOWN TO THE GOVERNOR AND TO ACTIVELY PURSUE THE PASSAGE OF LEGISLATION TO ASSURE THAT THESE SETTLEMENT FUNDS ARE USED ACCORDINGLY.
