    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 19-5-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ADMISSIBILITY OF PHOTOSTATIC OR CERTIFIED COPIES OF CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLE DOCUMENTS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTIFICATION INCLUDES COPIES OF WATERMARKED DOCUMENTS WHEN PRINTED FROM THE COMPUTER SYSTEM OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
