H 4696 General Bill, By Quinn
    A Bill to amend Section 30-4-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to inspection of records under the Freedom of Information Act, so as to provide that a municipality which acts as the agent of a county in the collection of business license taxes may not charge more than thirty dollars an hour for computer time in responding to a Freedom of Information Act request relating to business license taxes.
