    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-510, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE UNLAWFUL USE OF A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO DISPLAY OR POSSESS A COUNTERFEIT DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD; AND TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-515, RELATING TO THE UNLAWFUL ALTERATION AND USE OF A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO PRODUCE OR POSSESS A COUNTERFEIT DRIVER'S LICENSE OR IDENTIFICATION CARD.
