H 4706 General Bill, By Quinn and D.A. Wright
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 11-35-55 so as to provide that county procurement ordinances or procedures must be substantially similar to the provisions of the Consolidated Procurement Code and to provide for the manner in which these county procurement ordinances or procedures are approved or modified for this purpose.
