    A Bill to authorize the Board of Trustees of the School District of Oconee County to issue general obligation bonds of the District in an amount not exceeding one million dollars but in no event to exceed its constitutional debt limit for certain purposes, to prescribe the conditions under which the bonds may be issued and the purposes for which the proceeds may be expended, and to make provisions for the payment of bonds.
