    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-29-205 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL TO PROVIDE ANNUAL FLU SHOTS TO "AT-RISK" STATE EMPLOYEES WHO QUALIFY FOR BENEFITS UNDER THE STATE INSURANCE PLAN AT NO COST TO THE EMPLOYEE, AND TO DEFINE "AT-RISK" FOR PURPOSES OF THIS PROVISION.
