    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO CREATE THE SOUTH CAROLINA CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINERS FOUNDATION TO ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST THE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND SCHOOLS IN ENSURING THAT A CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER IS ON STAFF AT EACH HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL OF THIS STATE; TO PROVIDE FOR ITS COMPOSITION, FOR THE FILLING OF VACANCIES, FOR THE ELECTION OF A CHAIRMAN, AND FOR MEMBER COMPENSATION; TO ALLOW THE FOUNDATION TO ACCEPT CERTAIN FUNDS; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS. - ratified title
