    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-33-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS CONCERNING THE NURSE PRACTICE ACT, SO AS TO CLARIFY THE ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETISTS; AND TO AMEND SECTION 40-33-34, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO QUALIFICATIONS THAT CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETISTS MUST DEMONSTRATE TO THE BOARD OF NURSING, SO AS TO CLARIFY THE ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN LICENSEES.
