    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-2740, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the suspension of a driver's license and motor vehicle registration for nonpayment of motor vehicle property taxes, so as to delete the circumstances in which a driver's license must be suspended and to revise the circumstances in which a motor vehicle registration is suspended.
