A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 41-35-125 so as to provide that no individual otherwise eligible for unemployment benefits shall be denied the benefits when his spouse has been transferred to a certain location, the individual actively attempts for a certain period to secure employment in the area in which his spouse is working, and the individual leaves work voluntarily.
