    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 2-1-62 so as to provide qualifications for a candidate for the Senate and House of Representatives; to amend Section 2-1-40, relating to residency requirements of candidates for the House of Representatives, so as to delete the residency requirement; to amend Section 2-1-60, as amended, relating to election districts from which members of the Senate must be elected, so as to delete the residency requirement for the Senate.
