    A Bill to amend Section 42-9-301, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to Workers' Compensation lump-sum payments, so as to delete the authorization for certain lump-sum payments, to provide that lump-sum payments of nonaccrued weekly benefits may not be permitted except under certain circumstances, and to provide that this Section may not be construed to prevent structured settlements.
